I’m not sure what to buy. Can I get some advice on which products are best for me?

Are all of your products really from Korea?
All of our products come straight to us from Korea or from Korean beauty brands. KoreanProductsYeppeun team has a stringent vetting process for deciding which brands are featured on our site. We only choose brands that offer high-quality products with the best ingredients and formulations. We hope you enjoy our carefully hand-selected selection! Cheers to radiant skin.
Is the date on my product the expiration date or the manufacturing date?
We realize the dates on our products can be confusing (we get this question quite a bit) as some products have the expiration date printed while others have the manufacturing date printed. That being said, many if not most of the products on our site have the manufacturing date (as is often case with Korean cosmetics), below are the guidelines for your references :-

How can I cancel my order?
We will do our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if an associate can “catch” the order before it is sent to our warehouse floor. This is the point at which the box is packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past +-24 hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible for a cancellation request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation.
When will my order ship?
Orders submitted before 12 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday are processed the same day and shipped latest on the next day.
Orders submitted after 12pm Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday are processed the next day and shipped the day after.
Orders submitted after 12 pm on Thursday are processed Friday and shipped on Monday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.
Orders submitted between 12 pm Friday and 12 pm Monday are processed Monday and shipped Tuesday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend. All times are GMT.
Please note that our warehouse closes on major holidays.
Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. festive season), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.
How do I return my unwanted/faulty items(s)

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail or WhatsApps when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yeppeuns currently ships to all states in the Malaysia as well as select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. International shipping rates are calculated by Poslaju depending on the weight of the package.
We ship internationally to the following list of countries : Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, India, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and Thailand.

We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
